As an accredited member of the English Toastmasters Association, Andrew is committed through this statement of ethical practices to promote the highest possible standards of professional conduct. He undertakes the following:
- To conduct himself in a professional manner and perform competently and to the highest possible standards at all times
- He will refrain from participating in any alcoholic beverages whilst working for clients
- Andrew will present or supply services honestly and without misrepresentation, avoiding the use of false, confusing, inaccurate of misleading terms, descriptions and claims
- Will earn, establish and maintain a reputation for giving excellent quality service
- He will render proper, fair, reasonable and efficient services to his clients
- Deal propmtly with any issues and endeavour to make every client an advocate for his services
- Andrew will advise every client, as he would wish to be advised, if he was the client
- Make every service a brick in the foundation of confidence, without wihich, he would not be permanently successful
- Recognises that other toastmasters will compete for business within lawful practice
- Andrew refrains form discriminatory practices
- He maintains the highest reasonable level of safety for all services
- Undertakes training for the development and improvement of professional standards and practices on a regular basis
- Andrew is responsive to and available for clients before, during and after any event
- The English Toastmasters Association holds adequate public liability insurance (Evidence of such insurance is available upon request and has £5,000,000 third party liability insurance)
- Supports the English Toastmasters Association by taking an active role in the activities of the Association and promoting the Association to the Profession
- He maintains and enhances the reputation, standing in good name of the English Toastmasters Association and its membership
- Andrew recognises the authority of the English Toastmasters Association in all matters relating to the interpretation of this code of ethics
